STAKEHOLDERS

ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES

Why?

We want to solve the right problems.  If we do not ask our stakeholders about their challenges, we might base our solutions on incorrect assumptions. You don't know until you ask!

How often?

It depends. Shorter, more frequent strategies can be an effective way to gather important information in a way that is not over-burdensome -- and with evolving situations, answers change. It is often easier to solve a problem early on, when it might be a smaller challenge. The sooner you know, the quicker the issue can be addressed.
